And the winner is? MG4 named 2023 carsales Car of the Year

The all-new MG4 has beaten the competition and won this year's title for the 2023 carsales Car of the Year Overall award. This spacious hatch marks a tremendous evolution in safety, design, and performance. 
 
These awards are amongst the most prestigious in Australia and are judged by a panel made up of some of the most respected motoring journalists and automotive experts around the world.β€― 
 
The all-electric hatch has firmly left its mark in the Australian market since it first launched in August this year. The MG4 battled 100 eligible candidates, both electric and conventionally powered, for the award, including ten finalists and an additional two wildcards before being named the winner.

The CEO of MG Motor Australia and New Zealand, Peter Ciao said he’s beyond happy to take home the win for the MG4 Electric and said it’s a clear indication that the brand is playing a strong role as a pioneer in the electric vehicle market.β€―
